Ashley brings a passion for ESG strategy, environmental justice, and clean energy access, along with more than three years of experience to her work at Three Cairns Group.

In her position as Associate on the Investment Team, Ashley focuses on the Allied Climate Partners (ACP) initiative. She is passionate about creating solutions to address the climate crisis and ensure a Just Transition – and believes that effective private sector management is key to that effort.

Prior to joining Three Cairns Group, Ashley worked as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in Chicago and New York, where she managed global client service for ESG and served clients across sectors on climate-related strategy. She has also interned at McKinsey, Apollo Global Management and Quicken Loans. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a minor in the Environment.

Ashley joined Three Cairns Group because she wants to help overcome systemic barriers that impede bankable, global clean energy projects. At Three Cairns Group, she sees the team and the approach to make that goal possible.
