Emma Jordi

Emma provides essential, targeted support for Three Cairns' investment and philanthropic work with her background in human and economic development, climate change, and global health, primarily on the African continent. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, she serves as a Project Advisor to Allied Talent Partners (ATP) – Three Cairns Group’s human capital initiative – and Allied Climate Partners (ACP), which seeks to increase the number of bankable projects and asset-oriented companies in emerging economies.
Emma previously worked at The Global Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) and at McKinsey & Company, applying and expanding her experience with sustainability and clean energy. Before she began working in climate, Emma worked in vaccine development, manufacturing, and delivery, among other global health areas. She earned a Business Science degree specializing in Economics from the University of Cape Town and her MS in Global Health and Development from University College London.
Emma joined Three Cairns Group because of the way it brings together diverse skills and expertise to solve big challenges. By applying her passions for nature, education, and critical thinking, she aims to address historical inequities, empower women and youth, and create a livable world for all.
