Lisa leads a portfolio of projects at Three Cairns Group, and brings an organized and effective approach that she has honed over more than 15 years in executive operations.

She began her career in marketing communications and started working with co-founders Mark and Lise in 2007 while she was at Centerbridge Partners focusing on project management. During this time, she staffed Mark when he served on President Obama’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board and his Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.

At Three Cairns Group, Lisa is extensively involved in the Global Carbon Market Utility, which creates infrastructure to bring efficiency, transparency, and credibility to the voluntary carbon market. She oversees and coordinates Three Cairns Group’s gender equity work, team recruitment, external communication, and special initiatives. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

Lisa joined Three Cairns Group because she is passionate about coming together as a team to work toward a collective goal; a principle that animates Three Cairns Group’s efforts.
