Rachel Cullen brings over 16 years of experience in administrative support and organizational management to her role as Executive Assistant, Giving & Impact, at Three Cairns Group. In this capacity, she supports co-founder Lise Strickler and Managing Director Vivien Labaton, leveraging her strong communication skills and organizational processes to help the team achieve its daily and long-term goals.
Rachel contributes to workflows involving grant processing, event coordination, internal planning, and comprehensive administrative support. Her forward-thinking mindset ensures the team stays prepared and well-informed, enabling effective decision-making that advances the impactful work of Three Cairns Group.
Before joining Three Cairns Group, Rachel spent 16 years working in family office settings, supporting principals with a range of responsibilities, including office management, event planning, bill payment, travel coordination, and personal assistance. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Political Science from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. After graduation, she was selected as a Fulbright Scholar, teaching English to elementary school students in Gongju, South Korea.
