Taylor focuses on incubating climate-related investment platforms and businesses at Three Cairns Group. This includes Allied Climate Partners (ACP), an investment organization focused on addressing key climate finance bottlenecks in emerging economies. Taylor has spent the last 15 years working at the intersection of climate, development, investment, and entrepreneurship.

Taylor started his career at Acumen, a pioneering impact investing fund focused on developing countries. Most recently, he worked at McKinsey & Company in the Sustainability and Philanthropy practices, serving investors, philanthropies, multilaterals, and corporations on a range of topics to improve results. Taylor has worked to grow clean technology companies in emerging markets, including at Sanergy / ReGen Organics, a company deploying innovative circular economy solutions in East Africa. Taylor has worked across Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and other countries.

Taylor has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a BA with Honors from Stanford University.

He lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
